The Volume Button And Station Up Buttons Dont Work.

So i can cycle through the stations onlyusing the plus button, and also if i turn the volume down i can't turn it back up. The only fix for the volume issue I've found is to remove battery and wait one minute, then re insert. At this point it comes back on full volume, but then have to cycle back through to find station again. Please help. There are no obvious signs of damage, and it hasn't gotten wet, so im at a loss.
