Ryobi Circular Saw

I got problem on my ryobi circular saw, when I press the switch button its working but the problem is too slow on rotation of motor cannot cut wood. I already replaced the 2 carbon brushes but same trouble,kindly can you help me to seek the trouble... thanks and regards
