Battery has most likely failed & won't take a charge.

BATTERY PACK (P100)

130255004 or 130224028

You could test your charger using a multimeter to be sure is is functional. Otherwise, You can take your product to your local Home Depot to send for repair. Or, to find your nearest authorized service center, create your account on log in to ryobitools.com. You must present proof of purchase.
