Ryobi P716 Will Not Turn On

I was using my P716 spot light when it started going off. Then went off permanently. Thought battery needed charging. Did a full charge on battery but light will not turn on. I don't think the bulb blew. Is there a reset button of some sort? Or what else would cause it to not turn on
