No Apparent Problem, Not Firing

Cleared jam, due to brads not adhered together. New pack bought, newly charged battery. No sign of problem, but won't work.

This is the Helpowl link to the user manual and it states that if the work contacting element is not touching the work the tool will not function. This is a safety feature on all nailers. Check page 12 which are the troubleshooting facts.
