Belt Not Driving Chuck.

In fact, I can hold the chuck still while the motor and belt are working. I looked in the manual and under assembly, it said to turn the head upside down and hit the chuck with a hammer, suitably shielded. I took the head off and tried that, but it had no effect. What should I do next

Go to page 22 and notice the tension bolt. You need to adjust the belt to tighten it or you may have to replace the belt.
