Return Policy And Customer Service

My mother visited one of your stores in Birmingham, Alabama about 2 days ago. She spent over 400 dollars and has some items she needs to return. They have not been worn and still have the tags on them. But, she has lost the receipt. She paid with a debit card and I know in the past at this store, the employee could look up the transaction number and refund the money to the card. When my mother called and tried to explain today, the lady she spoke with was very rude and didn't offer any help. When she asked to speak to a manager, no one ever picked up the line. I understand the in-store credit without a receipt, but I know there has to be a way to pull up the receipt or transaction since it was paid by card, As I mentioned earlier the same store she is having problems with did this for me awhile back.
