Getting My Rf-rbwhp01 Headset To Work On My Samsung Smart Tv
I've had my Rocketfish headset work for several years on a Samsung TV that I used the old audio jacks on. Now I would like to use them on my new 60" Samsung Smart TV (model # PN60F5500AF) which doesn't have any audio jacks. Do I now have to use the 3.5 mm to RCA cable to plug into the EX-LINK connection on the TV? I got the 2 devices to connect, but I still cannot get any sound out of the headset. Is there some sound change on the TV I need to get them to work? Thank you, for any information that you provide

It should connect with the way that you are describing. You might have to go into the TV settings to ensure that the headphone is showing up, also ensure that the headphones are securely connected.
Alternatively, if you continue to have problems, then call the Rocketfish Support team at 1-800-620-2790 between 8am-9pm CST, so they can troubleshoot this with you.
