Ricoh Pro C5100s / Error Sc402-51

Constantly my RIOCH PRO C5100S equipment throws me an error SC402-51 and additionally the prints in BLACK COLOR are deficient (Clear). The toners are newly installed all new and OriginalCan you help me in this regard?Is there a service manual or error manual?I AM FROM venezuela

Description:Development gamma calculation error 1: Insufficient data
Causes:Two points not available for gamma calculation. Toner density abnormal, probably due to condensation.
Remedy:R26; Toner density excessive R26; Condensation
