How To Setup Fax Forwarding To Email?

Hi i just want to ask for the step by step procedure on how to configure fax forwarding to email. I already created user for Fax in the addressbook and input the emailaddress that i want to rout the fax. But when i tried it, handshaking is ok but it says "transmission stop, transmission unsucessful.

Hi, it sounds like you already have most of the steps done for setting up fax forwarding to email. Just in case, here are detailed instructions so you can make sure you didn't miss anything:

One thing that might be causing the transmission to fail is that the machine is not set up to automatically use a sender's email address. Once you set up an default sending email address and tell the machine to automatically use it, your faxes should forward without a problem. Here are instructions for setting that part up:
