My Ricoh Mp 1900 Toner Supply Motor Not Rotate
toner supply motor test with code 5804 is ok but when copy not rotate

If the motor runs when you do the output check, then your problem may be with the copier sending the signal for the motor to run. It could be a bad toner density sensor, not knowing when the toner level is getting low in the developer and not asking for more toner when it should.
