Mpc 2500 Toner Black Level Status Not Detect In Configuration Page..
toner bottle full but in configuration page toner not detect..why?

Is there a flashing message in the lower left corner of the screen saying "Independent Toner Supplier?" If you are using third-party or compatible toner, rather than genuine Ricoh toner, then that's why the copier doesn't detect the bottle status. If you are using genuine Ricoh toner and it's happening, then your toner bottle probably just has a problem with its memory chip. It happens every now and then -- the toner will still work, the machine just can't detect its status.
