The Aficio MP 2000 does not have a toner pump, so I'm guessing you mean the Aficio MP C2000. On the C2000, you have to remove the transfer unit and PCUs to access the toner pump. Once you have all of that out, you can disconnect the hose and connector and remove the 1 or 2 screws holding the pump in. Be sure to put paper down over the inner cavity so toner doesn't drop inside the copier.
You can find detailed instructions in the Replacement & Adjustment section in the service manual. If you don't have a copy of the manual, there are many places online you can obtain a copy (such as QManual.com). Be careful when downloading from an unknown or unfamiliar website.
