Printer Will Not Print Multiple Pages

I have a Ricoh SPC430DNI run windows 7 (64x) and when I had to reformat a while back, after that my printer refuses to print multiple pages, If i have 10 pages in a document, it will print 10, but if I have 1 page and want 10 copies, i need to send it to print 10 timesI have Installed and reinstalled drivers to no avail.On the Machine, under system, and auto continue, it is set to "Immediate"Any advice?

No I formatted my hard drive on my computer and reinstalled the drivers 3 different ones numerous times

The quantity either in the preferences or from Corel draw or word - it makes no difference

I did load that new driver this morning, The Universal one updated 11/11 and nothing, will try your link again and see what happens

However, something interesting happened this morning, I exported to PDF and that allows me to print multiple pages

so it is not the driver but something else, what could cause this?

I'm not sure if you meant you reformatted your computer's hard drive or the printer's hard drive. In the printer, there may be a setting that limits the maximum number of sets. Ricoh copiers have this setting, but I'm not sure about the C430. If it's there, and it's set for 1, change it to a much larger number (like 99 or 999).
