How Do I Fix The Following Error On A Ricoh Sp C320dn
I receive the following error. "set the print cartridge correctly" magenta. I have changed the cartridge, gone back to the original, reset numerous times but still receive this message,

Set the Print Cartridge correctly.
The print cartridge may not be installed correctly. Turn the printer off and re-install the Print cartridge.
If the message is still displayed after re-installation, contact your sales or service representative.
