Stuck On 'system Initializing'
Turned machine on. Status light is right and message is stuck on "system initializing". Unable to clear or make any changes.

Hi, here are some things to try:
- Reboot the machine. Before turning it back on, unplug any network or fax cables.
- If the message comes back, turn the copier off and unplug it from the wall. In the back of the device, reseat the connectors on the main board, the DIMM sticks (if any), and any other connectors you can easily get to.
If the message still won't clear, you may have a bad main board that will need to be replaced.

You either have a corrupt firmware (requiring a reload) or the unit fails to complete the initial warm up due to a mechanical failure.
