How Do I Print Envelopes From Ricoh Aficio Mp 5000 Pcl. How Is The Process

To print an envelope from an MP 5000, place the envelope (flap side up, short edge being fed in first) in the bypass tray, then tighten the paper fences around it. Either set the bypass tray to default to the print driver settings (User Tools > Printer Features > System) or set it to Envelope and specify the exact size of the envelope (User Tools > System Settings > Paper Tray Settings).
Then, in your print driver, specify the bypass tray for input and select Envelope for the paper type, and select the correct size. Now when you print the copier will print to the envelope. (Some envelopes are more prone to jamming, wrinkling, or smearing than other envelopes.)
