Hi, to add additional user codes:
- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Select System Settings
- Select the Administrator Tools tab
- Select Address Book Management
- Select New Program
- Under the Names tab, enter a name to be associated with this code
- Select the Auth. Info tab
- Enter a user code for this user and press the # button
- Scroll down and select the functions you will give this code access to
- Select OK to save the new code
- Press the User Tools/Counter button
- Select System Settings
- Select the Administrator Tools tab
- Select Address Book Management
- Select New Program
- Under the Names tab, enter a name to be associated with this code
- Select the Auth. Info tab
- Enter a user code for this user and press the # button

(Gently pull out the stapler cartridge)
Holding both sides of the cartridge, pull up the upper unit (sides with arrows) and remove the empty case
