How Can Enter Code Aficio Mp 9000

Hi,  if you mean to enter a code so that you can copy, scan, etc., you can do that right from the screen you want to use.  There should be a box in the middle of the screen asking for a user code; enter it using the number pad and then press the # button.

If you mean to input user codes for people to use, you can do that through the address book:

- Press the User Tools button
- Select System Settings
- Select the Administrator Tools tab
- Select Address Book Management
- Select the user to add a code to, or select New Program to create a new user
- Enter a name for the user if you created a new user
- Select the Authentication tab
- Enter a user code for this user
- Select OK to save the user code
