Printing Black Lines
When I Print From The Computer To The Copier I Am Getting A Thick Black Line Down The Paper. It Does Not Happen When I Use It As A Photocopier. thank You.

If it only happens when printing from your computer, see if it happens when printing different things (an Excel file, an email, a web page, etc.). If you're SURE it only happens when printing and not when photocopying, then it's something on your computer/driver end, not on the copier end.
