How To Clear Memory Of Documents Scanned?

Are you talking about temporary memory (like RAM) or permanent memory (like the hard drive)? The temporary memory gets cleared every time you turn the copier off. In order to delete document server files, you'll have to go to the Document Server screen and delete the files from there. If you're talking about erasing the hard drive, you'll either need a Data Overwrite Security kit (which you can buy as an option) or you'll have to hook the hard drive up to a computer and either format it or erase everything on it.
