Tray Two Says Thick Paper And I Cant Change It How Do I Fix This Issue

the printer is a ricoh aficio mp c4000 i tried to go to system setting and click the teray options but try two is stuck on thick paper so it wont auto detect and print from tray 1 to tray 2 automatically how do i get this problem resolved?

To change the paper type, go to User Tools, then System Settings, then the Tray Paper Settings tab, then scroll down until you see an option for Tray 2 Paper Type, and select it. You can de-select the Thick Paper option and choose Plain/No Display, then touch OK to save the new setting.
