How Do I Save An E-mail Address To Scan & Send Ricoh Aficio Mp C4000 Pcl 5c?

To save a new email address, you'll need to go to the copier's address book (User Tools > System Settings > Administrator Tools > Address Book Management).
From the address book screen, touch New Program to add a new entry, then input the name that you want to be displayed on the screen for this entry. Then touch the Email tab and enter the email address to scan to. Once you are finished, touch OK to save the new entry.
