Ricoh C2050 Forwards Faxes To My Computer Except When Computer Goes Into Sleep .
Upgraded to Windows 7 few months ago - never had this problem with XP. Is it a Ricoh problem or Windows problem? Faxes print out instead of go to folder and don't store on folder.

It sounds like a Windows issue. If the copier can't access your computer, it can't get the fax to it. There's a setting (I think in the Power Management section) where you can choose to have your computer be able to be woken on a LAN alert -- if you enable this it should take care of your problem, as the copier will be able to wake the computer up to give it the fax.
