Hi, you can download the print driver from Ricoh-USA.com. Just search for the driver for your model, then follow the prompts to download the correct driver. Depending on what operating system you're using (Windows, Mac, etc.) the instructions for adding the printer will be different. In Windows, go to the Control Panel > Printers and choose Add Printer, then follow the prompts.
