The sc391 code is not applicable to the MP7000 copier. You may have either the code or the model number input wrong. However, sc 391 on many smaller copiers can be a serious error with the toner density or the toner density detect, so you should have your machine looked at by a Ricoh-trained technician to have the problem corrected.
