Ricoh Mp 4001 Printer/copier.
My printer/copier is not working and is in need of a replacement cleaning web. how can I perform this function?

Be aware that the kit referenced in the previous answer does not actually include the cleaning web (part# AE045099) or if it does include, it doesn't list it in the parts list or show it in any of the pictures. A genuine Ricoh PM kit would include the web. For instructions on replacing the cleaning web, you will need to refer to the service manual, which Ricoh only makes available to certified Ricoh technicians.
