How Can I Print On Card Stock?
I am printing award certificates and it will not pull the card stock through the printer. I keep getting error messages

Hi, the machine will pull the cardstock, but you have to tell it that you're using cardstock. Go into User Tools > System Settings > Tray Paper Settings and find the Paper Type setting for the tray you have cardstock loaded in. Set it to Cardstock, or if that's not an option, try Thick Paper 2. Then, in your print driver, select the same settings so that they match.
When you set the printer for cardstock, it pulls the paper through slower and adjusts the fuser temperature to better handle the cardstock.
