Rhapsody Gives No 'authorize' Option 4 My Mps Player Eclipse-cdl 4g

I've Been With Rhapsody For 2 Yrs. W/ No Problems But I Have New Mp3 Player, (eclipse Cdl4g) & tho I Follow Directions & The Mp3 Shows Up In The Devices Box, No 'authorize' Option Shows When I Right Click On Its Icon
