Forgot My Password. Need A New Password.

I need to deauthorize a former mp3 player in order to authorize my new mp3 player. I was prompted to log into my account. I have the correct username/email address but I forgot my password. Submitted a request for a new password an hour ago and I still have not received the new password in my email. Even checked spam and it's not there.
