Can't Download
I am getting very frustrated and I'm about to cancel my subscription. I have been trying for over 2 hours to download my purchase and I have followed your info on what to do if the internet explorer won't download. I got a message that said an interal error has occurred on the internet extension. Please help, I really want this music for my new MP3 player.

I can't download my purchase.
