Rhapsody Software Does Not See My New Sandisk Mp3 Player
can't authorize my new Scandisk mp3 player.

SOLUTION:
1. Make sure whenever possible that you are plugging the Scandisk player into a USB 2.0 port (typically the ports located on the back of your computer).
2. Make sure the Scandisk player is in the appropriate music transfer mode (MTP or Auto detect).
3. Make sure the Scandisk player is showing connected on the screen (of the device).
4. Once you have made sure that everything is plugged in and set to the proper mode, look to see if the device is showing up in My Computer.
