Service For Non Functioning Cyc12

My Cyc12 has stopped functioning. The screen temporarily lights up when I pedal hard, but thenthe lights go out and the resistance is locked on a steep hill. Could the internal batteries be out?Unit was purchased from Academy Sports a number of years ago. and has been in my man cave the entire times with no exposure to sunlight or weather.How do I get service?
