My Cd Player Loads And Turns Briefly Then Stops And Doesn't Play.
My CD player is loading and turning briefly then stops and doesn't play.

It sounds like it's having a problem reading the disc. If this is the case, I recommend trying a Laser Lens Cleaning Disc. If that doesn't work then unfortunately the laser is dying; there really isn't anything you can do about that.
