Cannot Get The Unit To Eject Dvd Or The Vhs . . Frozen Regardless Whatever Is D

Have even powered down and back up but no difference.

  1. unscrew box cover after unplugging
  2. make sure tape is not stuck on rollers and remove manually.
  3. replace cover and test before restoring unit to TV
