Video Wont Show During Dvd Play But Sound

I connect my Satlite dish to my Philips 32" Widescreen 1080 LCD HDTV Accel 2-Meter HDMI Cable, I then Connect. I then Connect the RCA RTD317W with Belkin AM22302-12 HDMI Cable to TV for video. I then utilized red and white audio. I can't get video from DVD playing but get sould, I can't get the TV to play through the Sound System.
