Music For Hold

I would like to put music on my phone wihen patients are waiting.  Can you help?

I don't think you can just plug in a CD player right into the phone. After some research I did for our office, I found one device that is custom made to work with the RCA 4 line executive series phones, which plugs into phone lines. When you press hold on any of your RCA phones (any line?), this device picks up signal and turns on audio.
