If the question is whether this TV will work with cable, the answer is yes. I had a TV like this and still have a pdf version of the manual in case someone needs it. I believe the manual can still be found online. The TV has 2 tuners, one for the old analog and one for the new digital broadcasts. Both tuners work for antenna or cable. Cable has most programs in digital but still may have some in analog. The tuners figure this out when you do an auto channel search. Of course you must set the configuration for cable, not for antenna.
