Watch Not Working

i bought the watch it doesnt want to go on screen is completely dead must i get a new battery or what is wrong

R26; Replace the battery with a new CR2032 .
R26; However, if the appearance of battery-low indicator is caused by using the Watch under very cold condition, the indicator will be disappeared when normal temperature returns.
It is recommended to complete the battery replacement by a certified service agency, because this Watch contains precise electronic sensors and components.
