Bluetooth Connection

I can not get any of my electronics (cell phone, tablet, etc.) to link with the Pyle P3301BAT via Bluetooth. Bluetooth is turned on on all my electronics, but when I select the P3301BAT function there is no indication of to pair with my devices. and therefore I can not connected via Bluetooth.

I have a P3301BAT but cannot select bluetooth input. The input button does not offer choice, nor the mode button.
