- Loose bolts or screws: Make sure that all bolts and screws are tight to ensure a smooth glide.
- Damaged rail: If the rail that the seat slides on is damaged, the seat may not move smoothly.
- Lubrication: If the seat rail is not lubricated properly, it may cause friction and impede the seat's movement.

Dirty or clogged seat rollers: Clean the seat rollers and make sure they're free of debris.
Loose or worn seat rollers: Check to see if the seat rollers are tight and in good condition. If they're worn, consider replacing them.
Dirty or damaged track: Clean the track and check for any damage. If it's damaged, consider replacing it.
Loose or damaged nuts and bolts: Make sure all nuts and bolts are tight and in good condition.
Worn out seat: Consider replacing the seat if it's worn out.
