What Are The 16 Pre-programs?

I am trying to locate something that tells me what the 16 pre-programmed workouts are? All I can seem to understand from the display is the length of time. I am hoping to find something that tells me what each program is designed to do, such burn fat, aerobic, etc.

Sorry, except for the directions starting on page 18, there's no available preset programs guidance.
