Treadmill Not Moving

Treadmill not moving, bought earlier this year from Sports Authority. They are in Bankruptcy, is this machine still under warranty? Also, can you give me some troubleshooting advice to get the belt moving again, cannot download manual online due to adobe flash issues. Thanks
