Speed Out Of Control. Proform Cs17e

Regarding the proform cs 17e The treadmill starts on 6mph. will not go any slower. It will progress higher as speed control buttons are pushed. on the speed control when the last button on the right is pushed it will shoot up to max speed quickly. Any suggestions on how to fix?
