Answer Or Ignore No More???

Hi, my plantronics M55 used to have a recording asking informing me of incoming call and asks me "Answer or Ignore call" Now it just beeps when there's an incoming call. The voice command function doesn't work anymore. I bought this for that reason and now that fuction is no longer working.
