Troubleshooting Ideas For Plantronics Voyager Edge Not Pairing With Samsung S3.

My devices had no problem pairing last week but I had to unpair them when I temporarily misplaced my bluetooth. Now, I cannot get them to pair at all. I have tried resetting the devices by turning off power but nothing seems to be working.

I had the same problem. A Scan for Devices could not find Plantronics Edge.

To solve the problem, simutaneously hold the call and mute buttons until you hear the tone. When prompted for a command, say "Pair Mode". PLT Edge will then be visible to your phone so they can be paired again.
