My Computer Doesn't Recognize My Plantronics Cs50-usb

Sometimes when I log on to my computer the green light on the Plantronics base turns off and my computer no longer recognizes it. I'm operating Windows 7. How can I solve this problem

I had the same problem and found several people who unplugged their AC charge, unplugged the USB, plugged the USB back in, and all was good. And then plug the AC back in. Worked for me, too.
