Cd's Will Not Load - Get No Disc

The magazine is loaded will 6 cd's all with label facing down. The magazine is inserted correctly but the front indicator seems to be upside down? When attempting to play the cd's seem to be loaded one after the other but noting happens. Press play again and get no disc.
