Had Battery Replaced And Now Asking For Password... No One Knows It

I bought a car that had this radio in it and I had to have battery replaced it now asks for a password and no one knows it

Try to unplugged the terminal of the battery then plug again, if that not working so what we need to do is reset the micro processor software back to factory resettings.

To do this you will need a small pointy object such as a safety pen or needle.

Looking at the 5000NEX, there is a very small hole to the left of the disc tray. Insert the small object and press the small button and hold it for 15 seconds then release. You want to make sure the player is turned on when you do this.
