Software Update
i followed the instructions on updating the software, screen showed update successful disconnect usb, screen when black but it never turned on like if it got stuck on rebooting, what should I do??

I suggest you contact CS @ 1-800-421-1404, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM - 4:00 PM to resolve this issue.

Hi. I would suggest you try running the update again - using a different firmware bundle if you can (particularly if reflashing the same bundle gives the same results.
